Due to an influx in client no-shows and last minute cancels ALL clients will be required to pay a $25 No-Show fee if your session is not cancelled within 12-hours of your time slot as previously stated in my cancellation policy.

FST is pain-free! It improves mobility of your nerves and flexibility of your muscles and fascia. Other methods focus on isolated muscle stretching which is often uncomfortable or even painful and results are only temporary unlike FST!
