Emily grew up in Peru, New York.  After high school she attended SUNY Cortland for her undergrad studies and in 2018 graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.  After college Emily moved to Nashville, Tennessee. While in Nashville she had the opportunity to take a job as a Stretch Practitioner at a health and wellness facility.  She quickly fell in love with the job and her clientele began to expand.  Emily made the decision to leave Nashville and move back to upstate New York.  After moving back to the Adirondacks she quickly realized that the service she loved to provide in Nashville wasn't accessible to anyone in the region.  Since moving home she has expanded her knowledge base by obtaining multiple certifications and is now also a Licensed Massage Therapist. In her free time Emily loves spending time with her husband and their golden retriever Sarge, and they are currently preparing to welcome their first baby!
